Text: 2 Chronicles 20:15-19

Memory Verse: “And he said, ‘Listen, all you of Judah and you inhabitants of Jerusalem, and you, King Jehoshaphat! Thus says the LORD to you: “Do not be afraid nor dismayed because of this great multitude, for the battle is not
yours, but God’s’” (2 Chronicles 20:15).

Each time you choose to fight alone instead of bringing God into the equation, fear is inevitable. In Job 3:25, that which Job feared most, eventually came upon him. When you choose to fight alone, the devil attacks your faith, brings different thoughts to you, drives away family and friends by attacking your relationships in an attempt to weaken you spiritually. Proverbs 11:14 says “Where no counsel is, the people fall: but in the multitude of counselors there is safety”. The essence of having people around you is majorly to receive counsel.

Life is a battleground and to be victorious, there must have been a battle. Jesus has promised us a victorious life. What is that challenge you are passing through? Family challenges, academic challenges, marital delay, fruit of the
womb, financial crisis etc.; do not give up. Keys to victorious living include prayer, daily renewal of your mind, the
wisdom of God and an excellent relationship with God and Man.

Prayer builds our faith level, increasing our confidence in God. You cannot be ignorant or too gentle to face life’s challenges. You are not the only one in the world going through those issues, do not be silent, talk to someone you trust.

Prayer Points:
1. Father, I receive the grace to overcome ignorance in my life
3. Father, fight for me, bring me out of every negative situation
