Ezekiel 11:1-10
Memory Verse:
“And He said to me: ‘Son of man, these are the men who devise iniquity and give wicked counsel in this city,'” (Ezekiel 11:2).
Every people, land and country has gates where decisions are made. In Jerusalem, the land was filled with wickedness and iniquities. This resulted in the pollution of the temple of God, and subsequent departure of the glory of God from the temple (Ezekiel 8-10). But in all these, Ezekiel remained truthful and loyal to God. In Ezekiel 11, God opened his eyes to know those sponsoring the evil in the land and judge them.
Our country is facing a similar fate today. Just like in Jerusalem, those sponsoring evil in many places are always the trusted personnel who are expected to provide solutions. But if we can have people like Ezekiel, standing on their watch, ready for God and willing to take action, the enemies will be exposed and judged.
Are you tired of the evil in the land, offices, churches, family etc. Don’t give up to the counsel and deceit of the enemy. God is the revealer of all secrets and it is a righteous thing with God to repay with tribulation those who trouble you, and to give you who are troubled rest with us (2 Thessalonians 1:6-7).
God is looking out for you. Assume your sonship position through Jesus Christ, ignite a deep commitment to the Holy Spirit, be knowledgeable and more prayerful about the situation, then watch as God begins to expose the enemies of this nation and other concerns to you. He will judge them by your mouth.
Prayer Points:
1. Lord, expose every unfriendly friend of my home and life.
2. Lord, expose everyone in high places troubling this nation.
