Text:
Mark 6:33-44
Memory Verse:
“And when He had taken the five loaves and the two fish, He looked up to heaven, blessed and broke the loaves, and gave them to His disciples to set before them; and the two fish He divided among them all”(Mark 6:41).
Understanding that “The earth is the Lord’s, and all its fullness, The Uworld and those who dwell therein” (Psalm 24:1), will enable you to tap into His resources. Hannah, in 1 Samuel 2:8 says, “He raises the poor from the dust, and lifts the beggar from the ash heap.” Nothing is impossible with the God who parted the Red Sea. Today, God is reassuring you that He will complete the good work He has started in your life. Proverbs 10:24b says “And the desire of the righteous will be granted.” What is your expectation from the Lord? He is ready to do it for you, as long as your life
is right with Him. It is those who are obedient to His word that He pays attention to. Are you going through challenges in your marriage, business, place of work or finding it difficult to feed your family? God is faithful, He will surely make a way for you. Jesus who fed over 5000 people with 5 loaves of bread and 2 fishes and there was a leftover of 12 baskets of food, can do it again. God will havemercy on you and grant you your heart’s desires according to His will.
Are you losing hope? Do not! Be bold, feed regularly on the word of God for strength, and be in fellowship with the brethren for testimonies and comfort. Hope may tarry, but when it comes, it is a tree of life. Surely, God will do it again for you.
