Text: Hebrews 11: 1-3; Romans 10:17
Memory Verse: “So then faith comes by hearing and hearing the word of God” (Romans 10:17).
Growth is a significant part of nature. Just like plants, humans require essential nutrients and conditions for healthy growth. Faith, the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen (Hebrews 11:1), which is the basis of our relationship with God, also grows.
A lady was robbed and had some of her belongings stolen. Despite the reality of what happened, she continued diligently in service to God, giving and living joyfully. She would call forth the blessings of God and continuously proclaim the scriptures. Her faith in God grew and His word came alive in every of her declarations. Three weeks later, she had a double fold of what was stolen, everything was restored. God is still in the business of divine compensation.
How did this faith grow?
1. Belief in God’s Word – Continuous hearing and application of His word, fellowshipping with brethren, hearing testimonies of God’s miraculous works stir up our faith.
2. Prayer – God sees our hearts and knows even before we ask (Luke 18:1) This is the means of speaking and hearing from God.
3. Praise – A weapon of victory! This is a way of acknowledging God in every situation, giving thanks, worship, praise and all glory to Him (Exodus 15:11).
Declare boldly, see, walk and live in the reality of the desired miracle. Faith is a display of solid confidence in God; His word is a living force. Be expectant, keep your heart right as you walk with God; your breakthrough is near!
Prayer Points:
1. Lord, thank You because my miracles are here.
2. Father, may my faith in You remain unwavering.
