Text: Isaiah 49:13-16

Memory Verse: “See, I have inscribed you on the palms of My hands; Your walls arecontinually before Me” (Isaiah 49:16).

A story is told of a man walking through the storm with God. At first, Ahe could see two sets of footprints, presumably his and God’s and this gave him confidence to continue in his journey. As the storm became
more intense, he became afraid and shouted “God where are You? I can’t see Your footprints anymore!” God’s response was, “I have not left you.” “Why then can I see only one set of footprints?” he thought to himself. God
responded, “Son, the footprints you see are Mine; I am carrying you in My arms because of the intensity of the storm.”

Are you on the verge of losing it, thinking you are alone? Remember “God’s promises are yea and amen” (2 Corinthians 1:20). “He who calls you is faithful, who also will do it” (1 Thessalonians 5:24). It is reassuring that even when man forgets you, God does not. He has engraved us in the palm of His hands. God is there with you. Even when you do not feel His presence, He wants you to trust Him anyway.
If indeed you belong to Him, why worry about what the enemy will do to you? You are special in God’s eyes, and you are protected by Him. Do not allow fear in your heart. God is mindful of you (Psalm 115:12). Your life is hidden with
Christ in God. Just believe and know that you are not alone. Step out boldly today with this revelation of your position in God.

Prayer Points:
1. Father, I thank You for Your promise of hope for my life.
2. I renew my trust and faith in You by the power of the Holy Ghost.
