Text: Psalm 113:1-9
Memory Verse: “He raises the poor out of the dust and lifts the needy out of the ash heap” (Psalm 113:7).
There are times in life when circumstances try to deceive us into thinking that God cannot help us. In such moments, the devil whispers lies, making us doubt that the miracles in the Scripture are real. But we must resist him fiercely and hold on to our faith. God’s power remains unshaken, for Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever
(Hebrews 13:8).
The same mighty arm of God that parted the Red Sea will make a way for you in your life’s journey. The same power that gave Gideon, David, and Jehoshaphat victory will give you triumph over every battle you face. The same arm that granted Sarah, Hannah, and Elizabeth children has not lost its power; your testimony is coming.
Are you struggling with lack? The power that fed 5,000 with just five loaves and two fish can multiply the little in your hands. Are you battling sickness? The same God who healed the woman with the issue of blood and restored Bartimaeus’ sight will have mercy on you and heal you. The power that raised Jesus from the dead is still at work and will bring life to your mortal body. Do not doubt His power! God says: “I am your God. I will strengthen you and
help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand” (Isaiah 41:10). Hold on to the promises of God, His mighty arm will keep and sustain you!
Prayer Points:
1. O Lord my Father, let me experience the touch of Your arm in every area of my life.
2. Help me to believe Your power without wavering; please help my unbelief!
